But best laid plans of mice and men... ;) Alex was coming across as too clever so I wanted to throw a domino with him and his sister at the end. I'm not completely happy with my chapter as it feels too much in one go... But the general idea was to throw a random element such as a possible threat to the school. (who's to say shadow creatures are not around? They really might not be safe in the school either) I think introducing an action he couldn't have predicted would add something to the character and let the story do a few tie ins was something I couldnt resist. I'm always open to ideas or certainly additions Added... | |
