That was my thoughtEpisode submitted by The_Guest on Sat Jul 23 19:02:21 2011 Return to Parent Episode In branches, it is so easy to transform a character from nerd to popular girl and such...but it puts people in such rigid boxes. We've always had the nerd characters of a certain type. The Cloud branch I added to has a lot of people crossing interesting lines. 1. Nerd girl getting pushed into a makeover. But one she might be comfortable with. 2. Nerd boy having a recurring fight with popular girl that wouldn't have played out pre-Cloud. 3. Popular boy obsessed with nerd girl because she isn't totally infatuated with him. 4. Former six year old attracted to guy the person she replaced wasn't. I just like the opportunity to make it a more in depth exploration. I am sort of hitting myself for naming Randy Goodman's cousin Sandy. It seems too cute. | |
