OhEpisode submitted by The_Weirdo on Sun Jul 31 19:48:31 2011 Return to Parent Episode Brazilian schools teach English, and a goodly part of our middle class has their children learn English courses on the side as well. So, yes, likely at least one of them knows decent English, and the other two know some. Mind you, they likely aren't FLUENT, and they won't use many contractions (using fewer contractions and so on is the way a less fluent speaker would have to avoid making mistakes - they stilt the language a bit to have more time to think, and their speech is more labored), but they can communicate well enough, yes. As for how they would act: We usually are a tolerant people, and fairly warm, so they'd not really mind the demoness unless one (or all) of them is a religious nut (those also exist in Brazil). In fact, they might find her interesting and ACTUALLY tease HER not unlike she teases her "pet angel girl". They MIGHT get involved and defend the demoness if someone else mistreats her - It depends on their personality, but Brazilians can be slightly Chaotic Neutral to Chaotic Good, if you catch my drift, in this kind of matter.
