My take...Episode submitted by nothingsp on Sun Sep 18 19:10:14 2011 Return to Parent Episode Well, there's my take on the issue...I think it makes sense. Oh, and just to be clear on this, when Hiro's dad says that she's 80% electromechanical with 50% bodily replacement, that doesn't mean 50% of that 80%, it's 50% total. So her combined biomass and replacement parts are 70% of her total mass, about equal to the mass of an ordinary woman her size, and the other 30% is new systems. This means her total mass is 42.8% more than a normal woman. (She's going to be heavy for her size, though probably not problematically so. Well, not unless she tries swimming.) I can't imagine that this is ever going to be relevant, I just thought I'd put it out there because I started to get a little confused myself and wanted to make sure that I knew what it was I was saying ;D Nice take | |
