Nothing too serious, before anyone asks: A customs debacle forced my family to leave Colombia by land (from a border city) rather than by plane. Technically, it still qualifies as "on the run", and I have a liking for adding "when I was on the run from Colombia" matter-of-factly in conversations for the lulz. | |
