Or, if she did do so, it would take a lot of thought and a very thought-through decision. Basically, Cass's perming power would work like a tattoo artist, mostly. She'd be able to create new fashions, but she wouldn't be able to impose the way anime works on objects and she'd not be willing to do drastic stuff like perming-anime someone fully unless that person was damn sure they wanted to live the rest of their lives as an anime character, see?
