Hmm...Episode submitted by nothingsp on Wed Nov 30 16:52:07 2011 Return to Parent Episode I'm kind of in agreement with chompy about the gods; Selene has woken up (and others may be doing so,) but I don't know that they're ready to do something like descending to Earth to personally intervene in things yet (though Selene is apparently okay with helping her daughter out in less direct, if not subtler, ways.) Also, about the "corruption" thing, I don't think it's quite going to make sense for the enemy to try to possess someone; what remains in the body of Minus-four is still confused and disoriented by its own growing personhood, while the real enemy has probably been given pause to reconsider the idea of inhabiting humanoid life, given how drastically wrong this last project went. I'm thinking more of the simpler problem of "she might cause a cataclysmic reaction if she comes into contact with her counterpart." (Though it did have more luck with Mrs. Crawford, at least in terms of total time to failure...probably there wasn't enough in her to form its own consciousness, and it would be a lot less overwhelming to inhabit the body of an existing adult, who's used to all this sensation and emotion stuff.)
