I didn't realize that so much space was taken up by the stories themselves, wow... Although, 100k+ text files does tend to add up to, well, on average 20k x 100,000 about 1.9 gigs.

Pity the Transform admin doesnt answer, what about "achiving" old episodes as static pages and hosting them on a seperate web services. Say anything older then 90 days from the posting date? I'm sure a script or something could do that pretty easily.
